E-Commerce Website, They Needs Help

It's not hard to find an e-commerce website on the web but what is hard is to get the customer service you deserve. Everything seems to be automatic now. What happened to the human touch?

What is e-commerce you ask? Simple, it's the buying and selling of products and services over the internet and other computer networks. There are some advantages of e-commerce websites like having everything at your finger tips. But, is it better to buy from these sites or go to the store to get it. If you are a big fan of customer service then you may be better off going to the store.

One day I saw a product that I was interested in but I wanted more info. So I used the website contact page and I got a responds from an auto responder. That didn't bother me. What made me mad was that after several days I never heard back form them. So I emailed them a second time and got the same auto response and that it. Now I decided that I wasn't going to buy from them and I moved on to another website.
They lost my business for good.

Hoping things would be better with the next website I tried a competitors website but ended up with the same problem over and over again. It seems like they work hard on getting traffic to their site but all they are interested in is selling the product or service and not helping the visitors. They just sit back and let the e-commerce software do all the work for them. Why!

See, the e-commerce solution is so simple. Just answer your contact emails. That's it. When I finally found a website that would email me back I was pleased with there response and friendly service so I bought the product from them. It makes a big difference when you don't ignore your visitors and treat your visitors with respect.

By engaging your visitors this delivers confidence and trust to your potential customer. When they can see that their is a real live customer service person that will answer your request they are more likely to recommend your business to other people. It's nice to know that someone cares about what you have to say.

You just can't keep you business totally on autopilot. Visitors are people and they want to be treated like humans not like robots. We all understand that you can't answer every call the second you contact them but at least try to ad some type of human interaction. It just may make all the difference in the world.
