To deal with those problems you must first focus your goals and priorities. You will be less prone to distractions. If a certain person in your family is distracting you then you need to be kind but firm. The wrong thing to do is to get mad. They might not understand that they are bothering you. You need to take action but try not to ignore the the distraction. You will never solve the problem that way. Set up a work at home zone and let everyone know that for the next few hours you want to be alone.

With all the extra work you are doing around the house you may not have time to keep up on your everyday choirs around the house. It is OK to get a little help around the home in order to stay on top of things. Work with your family so everyone can pitch in and pick up the slack. Remember, when you are working at home everyone has to make certain adjustments not just you.
